Returns
To put it most clearly and simply, we
want you to be satisfied with your Spinner Center products.
To that end, our return policy takes a person-to-person
approach, rather than a list of stiff rules. We hope you'll
contact us immediately with any problem and we'll do all we
can to make you happy, whether it's an exchange or a refund.
All we expect is the same respect and consideration we offer
you and ask that any such concerns be brought to our
attention as soon as possible, definitely within 30 days.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If damage is
evident, contact the carrier (UPS, freight company, etc.)
immediately. Be sure to keep all shipping materials intact
for their inspection. If the deliverer is present when you
notice the damage, have the deliverer note the fact on the
bill of lading or have the deliverer sign a note stating
that the package arrived damaged. After the goods are
inspected by the carrier, file a claim with the carrier. If
items are missing from undamaged packages, it must be
reported to us within 5 days.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment, you'll have to pay the shipping
charges.
Special Orders
All special orders, such as rare or custom colors, must be
paid before the start of manufacturing. Special orders may
not be cancelled or returned.
The Legal Fine Print
The
obligation of Spinner Center, Warrantor, is limited to
replacement or refund only as provided herein. There are no
other warranties, either express or implied, and the implied
warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose are limited to the same duration as the limited
warranty provided herein.
Spinner Center shall not be liable for any incidental or
consequential damages including, but not necessarily limited
to, losses caused by delay in the installation of any of
Warrantor's products, or for the transportation or any other
charge incurred in the repair or replacement of a defective
item, or removal or use of this merchandise unless
specifically provided so herein, or specifically provided in
an accompanying document.
