Screw-On Spinners

About Screw-On Wheel Spinners:
Screw-on spinner tops use 3" ID threads and attach by literally screwing on (like a peanut butter jar lid). Mounting towers for screw-on spinners are actually adaptor rings. The rings attach to the inside of the wheel center hole with three 8-32 set screws.
